Amiro d.o.o. ("Amiro", "we", "us") is building an AI legal assistant for the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.

While the product is in development, the only personal data we process is the information you choose to give us — primarily to join our early-access waitlist.

What we collect

  • Email address — when you join our waitlist or contact us, so we can reach you about early access and product updates.
  • Basic usage data — anonymous, aggregated statistics about how the website is used (see our Cookie Policy). This does not identify you personally.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal data or confidential case information through this website.

Why we use it

  • To add you to the early-access waitlist and let you know when Amiro is available.
  • To send occasional updates about the product. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
  • To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.

We rely on your consent for these purposes. You can withdraw it at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the website and communicate with you (for example, our hosting and email providers), and only to the extent needed to provide those services. We may disclose data where required by law.

Storage and retention

We keep your email for as long as you remain on the waitlist. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we will remove it promptly, except where we must keep it to meet a legal obligation.

Your rights

Under the personal data protection law of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the GDPR where it applies, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@amiro.ba.

We may update this policy as the product develops. We will update the date above when we do.
